How do I care for my cabinet?
We recommend that you don’t ‘over clean’ your mirror or use any ammonia based products, and always read any cleaning products warning labels before use.

I need a cabinet that is not listed under products, can you make it?
Yes. Rifco can tailor any cabinet in our range to suit your needs

Will my cabinet last in the bathroom?
Yes. Every Rifco cabinet is made from High Moisture Resistant material, which will repel any moisture that comes in contact with it.

Is Rifco available Australia wide?

What bowl does Rifco provide with its solid surface Freestyle & Laminate tops?
Rifco does not supply any bowls with these tops, however we will cut any size or shape hole to suit the basin of your choice.

How long will it take to recieve my product once it has been ordered?
This can vary depending on your location (allowing for delivery time), as well as style and size of cabinet- particulary if its custom made. We will do everything we can to get your product to the store as soon as possible. Please remember your product is Australian made and we manufacture everything to order. (ie. it doesn't come straight out of a shipping container.)

Does Rifco offer a measure and quote service for vanities, shaving cabinets, mirrors or Laundries?
No. You will need to either measure the required space yourself, or have your tradesman measure it for you.

I have noticed my product is damaged however it has been installed. Is it still covered under warranty for damage after its been installed?
No. You must inspect carefully your product before it is installed; whether it is installed by you the owner or a tradesman. If you find your product is damaged before installation, contact the store you purchased it from and inform them. They will advise you what to do.
